Lead Project Manager

Role overview

Lead and manage end-to-end implementations of ADP Lyric software solutions as a Lyric Implementation Project Manager. You’ll ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional client experience in a remote, full-time role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of Lyric implementation projects
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables
• Ensure software deployment and data integration go smoothly
• Drive communication across stakeholders to align on goals and expectations
• Monitor progress, manage risks, and troubleshoot issues
• Build and maintain strong client relationships focused on satisfaction and success

Requirements

• Proven experience in software implementation, preferably with ADP Lyric HCM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to navigate ambiguity
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; builds trust across stakeholders
• Advanced relationship management skills (clients, vendors, internal teams)
• Ability to de-escalate and resolve conflicts; manage expectations
• Ability to create structure, clarity, and alignment across multiple stakeholders
• Highly organized; manages multiple priorities, deadlines, and workstreams
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Strong ownership and accountability for identifying risks and driving solutions

Nice to have

• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM)

Compensation

• Hourly range: $70–$100/hour (as required by law for applicable locations)
