About the role

Role Overview

You will be the Lead Product Owner for a partner company, guiding the vision, strategy, and delivery of healthcare-oriented products in a collaborative Agile environment. You will bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams to ensure the team builds the right solutions with clear priorities, measurable value, and customer impact.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap priorities to Agile delivery teams and stakeholders.
  • Own and manage the product backlog: create, refine, and prioritize user stories to maximize business and customer value.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for Agile teams (direction, clarification, and decision support).
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver solutions within scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Translate complex business requirements into actionable product plans aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Lead product planning and support Agile ceremonies; continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Use data-driven insights to analyze challenges, evaluate opportunities, and make informed decisions.
  • Provide strategic guidance to leadership on product initiatives, priorities, and long-term functional strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in product ownership/management/solution delivery or related leadership roles.
  • At least 2 years in a product/solution/delivery/Agile leadership capacity.
  • Experience working in Agile environments, including familiarity with SAFe.
  • Strong ability to define requirements, manage priorities, and align stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical/problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and influence outcomes.
