Lead Product Onboarding Manager

Role overview

Join Juniper Square as a Lead Product Onboarding Manager. You will independently own the end-to-end onboarding experience for Juniper Square’s largest and most strategic customers, ensuring their long-term success on the platform.

Key missions

• Own onboarding end-to-end for large, strategic customers, with a focus on transforming investment data for the platform.
• Be a trusted client advisor on data migration, mapping, and optimization, including interpretation of complex legal agreements.
• Drive process and tool innovation, and mentor other Product Onboarding Managers.
• Lead initiatives that create systemic improvements in the onboarding process.

Responsibilities / what you’ll do

• Guide customer decisions, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Manage and optimize complex datasets using Microsoft Excel.
• Identify and resolve data-quality risks at scale, including providing secondary quality review.
• Oversee internal project teams and provide QA oversight for technical work delegated to others, holding team members accountable to timeline commitments.
• Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• Ability to influence and guide customer decisions, including at the executive level.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills for managing and manipulating complex datasets.
• 8+ years in fields using complex financial data (e.g., investment banking, management consulting, private markets operations, or related).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to operate in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments.
• Experience independently owning executive-level customer relationships and negotiating scope for enterprise/global accounts with complex regulatory or structural requirements.

Nice to have

• Experience designing and deploying AI workflows across multiple tools or data sources with measurable outcomes.
• Scripting/data management experience: SQL, Python, R.
