About the role

Role Overview

Lead Product Manager responsible for shaping and scaling Cureety’s product for the US healthcare market. You will own execution end-to-end, translating complex oncology workflows into usable product experiences, while partnering directly with US care organizations (including hospitals and oncology practices).

Key Missions

  • Drive US market product development for key initiatives
  • Own product discovery and delivery for US-focused work
  • Translate complex oncology workflows into stakeholder-ready products for nurses, physicians, and patients
  • Partner with US care organizations to run pilots, gather feedback, and iterate quickly using field insights
  • Define product priorities and roadmap direction for key US-specific topics
  • Ship early AI-enabled features with measurable adoption and clear workflow value

Responsibilities (What success looks like)

  • Launch 1–2 US-ready product workflows adapted to real clinical and operational needs
  • Support pilots with cancer centers/community practices and incorporate learnings into product improvements
  • Establish strong relationships with clinicians, operators, and internal teams
  • Work closely with leadership (CPO & Co-founder) and US market leadership to influence strategy and execution

Requirements

  • 7+ years of Product Management experience
  • Experience building complex, user-facing products (healthtech, SaaS, or operations-heavy environments preferred)
  • Ability to translate messy real-world problems into clear product decisions
  • Comfort working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
  • Healthcare/clinical workflow experience
  • Familiarity with US health system dynamics (e.g., EHRs, reimbursement, care delivery models)
  • Understanding of data privacy and compliance requirements
  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and outcome-driven approach

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with AI-enabled products
  • Professional working proficiency in French
  • Preference for candidates on the East Coast and ability to work primarily in East Coast/Central time zones

  • Atlassian: Jira, Confluence, Jira Product Discovery
  • Figma for prototyping and design
  • Slack for cross-functional collaboration

Reporting & Collaboration

  • Reports to CPO & Co-founder
  • Works closely with COO / US Market Lead and Head of AI
  • Occasional travel to customer sites to observe real user workflows

Location & Travel

  • Remote based in the United States (preference for East Coast; occasional travel to hospitals/oncology practices)
