About the role

Role overview

Join Orb as a Lead Product Manager (Pricing Lifecycle) for the Pricing Lifecycle team. You will define, prioritize, and own outcomes for Orb’s core product, with focus on subscription management, price changes, and price models.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product discovery and use customer feedback to drive product decisions.
  • Draft and own product strategy that turns ambiguity into a defined plan delivering the right customer outcomes and commercial impact.
  • Prioritize and deliver outcomes for subscription workflows, pricing changes, and pricing models.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design partners to build strong cross-functional alignment.
  • Establish product practices and processes for the team.
  • Identify the smallest valuable unit the team can ship and run customer feedback calls.

Requirements

  • 7+ years experience as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS.
  • Strong partnership skills with engineering and design and effective stakeholder management.
  • Ability to balance customer advocacy with business priorities.
  • Proven ability to apply product discovery and optimization techniques.
  • Demonstrated drive to ship early and often.
  • Strong track record delivering impact on customer outcomes and company goals, including defining new products.
  • Experience with sales-led or platform products.
  • Experience on a product team at an early-stage B2B startup.
  • Based in the San Francisco Bay Area (or willing to relocate with support).
  • Enjoys customer conversations and user research.

  • Extensive hands-on user research and experimentation mindset (learning from customer feedback to improve product outcomes).
