About the role
Role Overview
Lead Product Manager, Onboarding at Deel. You will lead a key product framework and drive industry-leading solutions to complex problems in a high-dependency environment.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership of a key product framework
- Manage Product teams, which may include Product Managers, designers, FE/BE engineers, QA, analysts, and operations
- Be able to perform tactical work alongside your team (e.g., bug fixes and escalation remediation)
- Build industry-leading solutions for complex challenges across platforms
Requirements
- 2+ years experience as a Lead Product Manager in a fast-paced environment (ideally scale-up/startup)
- 7+ years experience as a Product Manager
- Strong understanding of product frameworks and how to scale functions across platforms
- Willingness and ability to be hands-on when needed
- Strong understanding of Product, Design, and Leadership

- Preferably based in EMEA
