About the role
Role Overview
Lead Product Manager responsible for end-to-end product strategy for a complex domain with enterprise impact and market expansion. Own long-term vision, translate it into multi-year roadmaps, and lead cross-functional delivery across engineering, design/UX, customer success, and go-to-market.
Responsibilities
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for a complex product area, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
- Own multi-year roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and sequencing across multiple teams and product domains.
- Lead discovery, product definition, design, and delivery processes across cross-functional teams.
- Drive product launches and go-to-market execution across multi-release environments.
- Identify innovation opportunities, including AI/ML integrations to improve automation and decision-making.
- Manage risks at product/portfolio level while ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.
- Mentor and support product managers (including associate product managers) to strengthen team capability.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience with ownership of product strategy and execution in complex environments.
- Proven ability to define vision, build roadmaps, and deliver impactful enterprise/platform products.
- Strong analytical, data-driven decision-making (product telemetry and financial impact analysis).
- Experience working in Agile with iterative delivery and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ability to simplify complex problems into actionable, incremental product deliverables.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder influence across senior and distributed teams.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with AI-driven product development.
- Experience with enterprise software ecosystems.
Compensation & Benefits (US)
- Salary range: $151,000–$242,000
