About the role
Role Overview
Lead and own the Product Engagement domain for JustPlay’s loyalty platform. You will shape the engagement strategy to maximize player excitement, improve long-term retention, and foster LiveOps across the scaled rewarded-gaming platform.
Responsibilities
- Own and define the engagement product domain and engagement strategy.
- Drive product growth to enhance engagement and retention across the rewarded gaming ecosystem.
- Define and execute LiveOps strategies for the platform.
- Build habit creation through behavioral science, gamification, and product design principles.
- Improve retention and engagement metrics and optimize LTV by identifying improvement opportunities.
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments to validate hypotheses about user behavior.
- Use data and user feedback to refine engagement strategies and iterate on product features.
- Monitor performance and continuously identify product/process improvements.
- Collaborate with marketing, analytics, and development teams to align events with campaigns and deliver compelling player experiences.
- Stay updated on industry trends to keep the platform competitive and innovative.
Requirements
- 4+ years experience driving product retention and engagement in the mobile industry.
- Preferably experience in mobile games, loyalty platforms, or other B2C apps.
- Data-driven mindset and ability to design impactful engagement strategies.
- Strong project management and analytical skills.
- Excellent English communication for clear articulation and cross-team collaboration.
Nice to Have
- Deeper engagement/retention expertise specifically in rewarded gaming and live-ops environments.
