Lead Product Manager (Data and AI)

Role Overview

Lead Lyra Health’s next-generation Data and AI product strategy. You’ll define a multi-year vision, establish product operating rhythms, and translate complex clinical/business needs into scalable data and AI strategies.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the data and AI product strategy, including exploration and execution of complex product capabilities.
• Partner closely with product leadership, engineering, and cross-functional teams to integrate intelligent AI capabilities into core member experiences and operations.
• Establish product operating rhythms and lead strategic planning across multiple years.
• Design robust measurement and experimentation frameworks to:
  • Track model effectiveness
  • Quantify commercial impact
  • Evaluate trade-offs between tactical delivery and long-term research
• Communicate complex technical systems and trade-offs to executives and enterprise audiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years shipping machine learning and data-driven products at scale.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI use cases, plus the infrastructure needed to deploy LLMs contextually.
• 8+ years progressive product management experience (Lead PM level), including launching large-scale products with complex dependencies.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, including narrative storytelling and presentation skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a highly quantitative field (e.g., CS, Data Science, Engineering, Math, Statistics).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience navigating highly regulated industries (e.g., Healthcare Tech, FinTech).
• Strong instincts around data ethics, privacy constraints, and clinical quality.
