About the role

Lead Product Designer

Join Zoftify’s design team to shape product strategy and craft modern, high-quality interfaces for international travel-focused projects.

Responsibilities

Lead product design work on international projects (Germany, Switzerland, UK, US)
Design mobile and web apps in Figma
Conduct research and develop product strategy
Run and facilitate product design workshops with clients
Collaborate closely with developers during the implementation phase
Mentor and guide designers
Create career plans and skill matrices for designers
Participate in HR/proficiency calls with potential designers

Requirements

5+ years designing mobile and web apps
Proficient with Figma
Portfolio showcasing design skills, including projects you led from start to finish
Strong understanding of modern UI/UX practices and industry standards
Strong UX skills and end-to-end product design experience (research/product design, wireframing, prototyping, UI)
Fluent English (Upper-intermediate or higher)

Nice-to-haves / Your Advantage

Understanding of web and/or mobile UI development
Leadership experience within a design team
Experience leading product design workshops
Experience with travel products
