About the role

Role Overview

Join Replika as a Lead Product Designer. You’ll craft high-quality user experiences across mobile and web, shaping what millions of users see, feel, and interact with. You’ll own your work end-to-end, partnering closely with product managers and engineers, and improving the product using data and user feedback.

Key Missions

Design smooth, beautiful customer journeys across mobile and web (including onboarding, new features, and interactive UI)
Talk to users regularly to understand needs and what drives satisfaction
Own your work end-to-end: idea → prototype → final design

Requirements

5+ years designing mobile and web products at scale (200K+ MAU) in B2C environments
Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and high-quality UX/craft for sleek, intuitive apps
Proactive, hands-on mindset with a drive to ship real products
User-obsessed approach with attention to detail
Strong English communication skills (C1+ preferred)

Bonus Points

Experience with AI, conversational UI, or emotionally engaging products
UX research experience (planning, conducting, and applying insights)
Prompt engineering experience
Experience building/scaling a design system from scratch
