About the role
Role Overview
Lead Product Designer for a new Lennar mobile app (iOS and Android), helping customers from the start of the home buying journey through closing and beyond. The app will serve as a primary digital companion combining education, guidance, communication, and support, while integrating with Salesforce-backed systems.
What You’ll Help Build
- Guided customer onboarding
- Educational flows for mortgages, title, insurance, closing, and next steps
- Warranty request and service tracking experiences
- AI-powered chatbot for fast customer Q&A
- Connections between customer experiences and Salesforce-powered workflows
- Ongoing customer engagement mechanisms that drive referrals/revenue
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, customer-first mobile app experiences across iOS and Android
- Translate complex home buying concepts into clear, approachable UI and flows
- Design and iterate on:
- Onboarding and education experiences
- Warranty request and service workflows
- AI chatbot interactions and conversation patterns
- Key milestones (financing, title, insurance, closing)
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, CX, Marketing, and Field Ops
- Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to align app experiences with backend workflows and data models
- Create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Apply Lennar’s design system and help evolve it for mobile-first use cases
- Conduct usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Help define how the app experience is reviewed/shared internally

- Improve customer confidence and reduce friction in the home buying journey
- Collaborate with Analytics on usage, drop-off points, and customer questions
- Influence how Salesforce-driven workflows surface information to customers
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI, or app design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design and UX thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience designing customer-facing products with complex flows
- Ability to collaborate with engineers, product managers, and Field Ops
- Familiarity with Salesforce-supported workflows/CRM-driven products
- Curiosity about AI tools, chatbots, and conversational design
- Strong understanding of responsive design
