About the role
Role overview
Lead Product Designer (Mobile) to design a new Lennar mobile app that guides customers through the home buying journey—from initial start through closing and beyond. You’ll create customer-facing experiences (education, guidance, communication, support) while partnering with teams and Salesforce-backed systems that power internal workflows and customer messaging.
What you’ll help build
- Guided onboarding for customers starting their home buying journey
- Educational flows for mortgages, title, insurance, closing, and next steps
- Warranty request and service tracking experiences
- An AI-powered chatbot for quick Q&A
- Connections between customer-facing UX and Salesforce-powered workflows
- A delivery mechanism that supports a long-term relationship and drives referrals/revenue
Responsibilities
- Design intuitive, customer-first iOS and Android experiences
- Translate complex home buying concepts into clear, approachable UI and flows
- Own/iterate on:
- Customer onboarding and education
- Warranty request and service workflows
- AI chatbot interactions and conversation patterns
- Key milestones (financing, title, insurance, closing)
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Salesforce, CX, Marketing, and Field Ops
- Partner with Salesforce stakeholders to ensure app experiences align with backend workflows and data models
- Produce user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Apply and help evolve Lennar’s design system for mobile-first use cases
- Run usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Help define how the app experience is reviewed/shared internally

- Shape responsible, effective use of AI in customer experience
- Improve customer confidence and reduce friction in the home buying journey
- Partner with Analytics on usage, drop-off points, and customer questions
- Influence how Salesforce-driven workflows surface information clearly to customers
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product, UX/UI, or app design
- Strong portfolio demonstrating mobile app design and UX thinking
- Proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools
- Experience designing customer-facing products with complex flows
- Strong collaboration with engineers, product managers, and Field Ops
- Familiarity with Salesforce-supported workflows or CRM-driven products
- Curiosity about AI tools, chatbots, and conversational design
- Strong understanding of responsive design
