About the role
Role Overview
You will serve as a Lead Product Designer for Loom, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to turn data and AI-enabled insights into actionable product experiences. The work emphasizes reporting, trend discovery, and supporting teams in focusing on the metrics that matter.
Responsibilities
- Elevate design craft across interaction, visual, and motion design
- Design and create onboarding experiences for upcoming Teamwork Collection products
- Prototype and innovate with cross-functional partners to validate new ideas, especially those involving AI
- Analyze user data to identify friction points and improve shareability and engagement
- Mentor the design team and promote a culture of experimentation
- Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and UXR for high-impact feature delivery
- Integrate AI technologies into product design to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
- 8–10+ years of Product Design experience
- Proven leadership in product design for complex, user-facing products (especially in video, AI, or productivity tools)
- Strong emphasis on interaction, visual, and motion design quality
- Track record of user-centered solutions in collaborative environments
- Experience prototyping and validating concepts, particularly with emerging technologies
- Passion for leveraging video for workplace communication
- Experience using AI to enhance design practices
Compensation & Location
- Remote (US only)

- $157,500 – $246,750 annually
