About the role
Role Overview
Lead Product Designer for a client in the Enterprise Technology space. You will lead design work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery, partnering with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to turn analysis into actionable product experiences.
Responsibilities
- Architect the overall user journey strategy for the company.
- Lead cross-channel integrations and harmonize workflows across Messaging, Email, and Voice.
- Define the UX roadmap for SendGrid, ensuring long-term platform evolution.
- Build relationships with product and engineering leaders to align UX with business goals.
- Establish telemetry and data visualization standards to deliver insightful metrics and performance visibility.
- Develop and maintain a design system for reusable email components.
- Mentor junior designers and implement design frameworks.
- Navigate ambiguity to create a clear product direction.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of product design experience for complex B2B SaaS, developer tools, or enterprise communication platforms.
- Demonstrated systems thinking, with a portfolio showing structural design and platform integration.
- Experience influencing product strategy at senior leadership levels.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into user-friendly experiences.
- Track record of mentoring designers and implementing design frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI applications in UX design.
Location & Work Setup
- Remote (US-based candidates only); no visa sponsorship.
Compensation & Benefits
- $159,210 – $208,000 annually.
