Lead Product Designer

Role Overview

Lead Product Designer for BlinkRx at Blink Health, supporting day-to-day design needs across a cross-functional product team and driving alignment across multiple product areas. You will help define and execute BlinkRx’s product vision and strategy while advocating for users and customers.

Responsibilities

• Craft modern, engaging user experiences that meet both user and business needs.
• Organize and facilitate collaborative work sessions and design thinking exercises across teams.
• Use user research insights and data analysis to guide design decisions and identify gaps for additional research.
• Propose new product opportunities that add value to patient and user segments.
• Define interaction patterns, user flows, and complex information architecture for end-to-end journeys.
• Create low-, medium-, and high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
• Conduct basic generative and evaluative user research (e.g., moderate sessions), synthesize feedback, and share insights.
• Document design work with UI specifications, UX rationale, and user interview insights.
• Develop toolkits and processes to empower team members and scale design capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience in a similar role/product organization.
• BA/BS in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills for complex software platforms.
• Excellent storytelling and communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Strong blend of visual design, information architecture, interaction design, prototyping methods, and basic user research.
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to launch products.
• Experience leading a style guide or design system initiative and driving org-wide adoption.
• Strong judgment and decision-making skills.
• Comprehensive portfolio showing product design case studies, research, performance metrics, and iteration history.
