About the role
Lead Product Design
You will elevate the quality and consistency of the user experience across all BlaBlaCar platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the product design team, with emphasis on delivery, quality, and design production.
- Architect the design strategy and drive the creation of exceptional, intuitive user experiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, and Growth to translate product goals into high-quality design solutions.
Requirements
- Experience leading designers and owning design delivery and quality.
- Strong ability to work with product, engineering, and growth teams to turn objectives into design outcomes.
- Capability to define and execute a product design strategy across platforms.
