Lead Onboarding Project Manager - REMOTE

Role Overview

Lead the onboarding projects for clients, ensuring timely and successful implementation of solutions. You will collaborate with internal teams, manage risk, and drive strategic plans while keeping stakeholders aligned with established onboarding protocols.

Responsibilities

• Ensure successful, on-time completion of client onboarding projects
• Lead internal teams to execute onboarding processes and tasks
• Develop and drive onboarding project risk mitigation plans
• Provide pre-sales onboarding assistance for the sales organization
• Ensure onboarding tasks align with ISO processes
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date project information in project management tools
• Manage client communications, including escalations during onboarding
• Maintain excellent client satisfaction throughout the onboarding lifecycle
• Secure client referenceability at the conclusion of onboarding
• Identify onboarding innovations and propose improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of consulting or project management experience with enterprise applications
• 2+ years of client communication and relationship management experience
• Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques
• C-level communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix management environment

Nice to Have

• Project Management certification (desired)
• SAP or Oracle implementation/technical certifications (preferred)
