About the role

Role Overview

As a Lead Mobile Developer, you will lead the development of robust, scalable mobile applications and influence technical direction across architecture, code quality, and delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead mobile application development and drive architectural decisions
Ensure code quality standards and best practices
Mentor and guide a team of mobile developers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Perform code reviews and maintain engineering standards
Contribute to solution design and support Agile development processes

Requirements

Strong experience in native iOS and Android development
Proficiency with React Native and the React ecosystem (React, React-Redux, React-Sagas)
JavaScript (mandatory)
Solid understanding of REST APIs, SQLite, and Core Data
Experience with Git (GitLab) and mobile/dev tooling (Android Studio, Xcode, Visual Studio)
Familiarity with Jira and Confluence
Proven team leadership and code review experience

Nice to Have

Ability to influence product direction and technical strategy
