Lead Guidewire Developer – PolicyCenter

Role Overview

Lead Guidewire Developer for PolicyCenter, responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of Guidewire solutions, while providing technical leadership across delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guidewire PolicyCenter solution design and delivery
• Provide hands-on development and technical oversight
• Support implementation and ongoing support of Guidewire products
• Perform design/code reviews, contribute to estimations, and mentor team members
• Drive Guidewire solution work across delivery teams

Requirements

• 8+ years of Guidewire experience with strong PolicyCenter expertise
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Product Model
  • PCF
  • Gosu
  • Rules
  • Integrations
• Strong experience in Rating and Product Configuration
• Experience with:
  • Standards-Based Templates (SBT)
  • Bureau-based product implementations
• Strong Commercial Lines insurance domain expertise
• Experience with ISO/NCCI-based products (rating, forms, underwriting rules)
• Experience delivering Guidewire Cloud implementations and upgrades
• Guidewire Cloud Certification (Mammoth release or above)

Nice-to-haves

• Experience spanning multiple Guidewire delivery teams and advanced technical leadership practices (e.g., estimation ownership and mentoring)
