About the role

Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer

Lead Eolas’ full stack development with a strong frontend focus on building practical, high-impact SaaS for real estate risk management.

Responsibilities

Lead frontend architecture for React/TypeScript web applications
Collaborate across the stack to design and integrate APIs and backend services
Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability
Partner with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions
Mentor engineers via code reviews and technical guidance
Own projects end to end, from scoping through production
Use and lead with AI as a core part of the development workflow

Requirements

8+ years of software engineering experience
React.js and TypeScript as the core stack (frontend expert)
Comfortable across the stack, including RESTful APIs and backend integration
Systems thinking: understand tradeoffs and unintended consequences across the stack
Experience shipping customer-facing SaaS products
Ownership mindset: identify problems, form a point of view, and drive execution forward
Demonstrated experience leading and/or mentoring engineers
Active AI tool usage in day-to-day development

Nice to Have

Strong ability to improve team practices and engineering culture through mentorship and standards
