About the role
Role: Lead Full Stack Engineer
Lead Eolas’ full stack development with a strong frontend focus on building practical, high-impact SaaS for real estate risk management.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture for React/TypeScript web applications
- Collaborate across the stack to design and integrate APIs and backend services
- Set and uphold engineering standards for code quality, testing, performance, and maintainability
- Partner with product and design to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Mentor engineers via code reviews and technical guidance
- Own projects end to end, from scoping through production
- Use and lead with AI as a core part of the development workflow
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- React.js and TypeScript as the core stack (frontend expert)
- Comfortable across the stack, including RESTful APIs and backend integration
- Systems thinking: understand tradeoffs and unintended consequences across the stack
- Experience shipping customer-facing SaaS products
- Ownership mindset: identify problems, form a point of view, and drive execution forward
- Demonstrated experience leading and/or mentoring engineers
- Active AI tool usage in day-to-day development
