Role Overview

Lead Full Stack Developer responsible for modernizing enterprise applications and leading end-to-end full-stack development. You will spearhead large-scale digital transformation initiatives, applying modern architectures and engineering best practices.

Responsibilities

Lead modernization of legacy applications and systems using modern architectures and technologies.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications.
Use GitHub Copilot and other AI-assisted coding tools to improve productivity and code quality.
Drive modernization initiatives, including:
- Cloud migration
- Microservices adoption
- API development
- Containerization
Generate and optimize code using automated and AI-powered development methodologies.
Lead development teams through large-scale transformation efforts and end-to-end delivery.

Requirements

10–15+ years of experience in designing and developing enterprise applications.
Strong expertise in code modernization.
Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation and modernization efforts.

Nice-to-haves

Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tooling (beyond GitHub Copilot) and automated code generation approaches.
