Lead Frontend Developer (Remote)

Work on main brand websites and marketing micro-sites, providing technical leadership across multiple client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of main brand websites and smaller marketing projects, ensuring high-quality delivery
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team
• Conduct code reviews and help define development strategy
• Estimate development effort
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., account directors and creative teams) to deliver on time and meet client expectations

Requirements

• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• 4+ years development experience
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Proven ability to deliver a wide range of projects (large and small)
• Git
• Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD)
• Strong understanding of software development practices and principles, especially Agile Development
• Strong experience with JavaScript, jQuery, React, Redux, and ES6
• Responsive design and development
• Strong client experience
• Team leadership and mentoring experience

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the automotive industry
• Knowledge of development frameworks beyond your primary expertise
