This is a hands-on design leadership role spanning digital, product, and marketing platforms. You’ll unify experience vision and interaction/system-level design across web, mobile, physical, and hybrid touchpoints, bringing systems thinking plus practical execution.
Responsibilities
- Shape and drive high-impact design initiatives across digital, product, and marketing communications.
- Define and guide experience vision: interaction patterns, journey touchpoints, and system-level design.
- Unify design efforts across channels and platforms to improve consistency and clarity.
- Build scalable, human-centered solutions that reduce friction, build trust, and empower patients and providers.
- Balance strategic and tactical execution, refining details such as flows and component-level polish.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, Content Strategists, and Legal/Marketing/Medical partners.
- Navigate compliance and competing priorities, helping deliver experience strategies that are scalable, accessible, and compliant.
- Shape the end-to-end design process and ensure quality delivery from concept through execution.
- Mentor and elevate craft: model excellence, establish feedback/continuous learning culture, and support junior and mid-level designers.
Requirements
- Proven ability to deliver thoughtful, inclusive, high-quality digital experiences in complex environments.
- Strong capability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and understand impact of key decisions.
- Ability to simplify complexity and bring strategy to life through experience design.
- Portfolio required demonstrating experience across scalable, human-centered journey work for diverse audiences.
Nice-to-Haves (implied)
- Experience partnering with legal/medical/compliance stakeholders in regulated environments.
- Demonstrated use of iterative testing and collaborative problem-solving grounded in empathy and user understanding.
