About the role
Role Overview
Lead Data Scientist for the Revenue Analytics team. You will develop strategic, data-grounded recommendations to drive and recover revenue, and lead cross-functional execution across the revenue organization.
Key Missions
- Lead cross-functional teams to influence and implement revenue-driving initiatives and recommendations.
- Identify and deliver innovative strategies to maximize revenue and enhance client acquisition across the entire revenue waterfall.
- Improve quantitative analysis techniques to better inform strategic direction and audience influence.
- Refine data infrastructure and advance quantitative analytics capabilities.
- Mentor junior team members.
- Explore and integrate AI into day-to-day workflows.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data science, analytics, economics, statistics, or similar).
- Expert knowledge of SQL and Python.
- 7+ years of experience in data science and/or consulting.
- Strong experience with A/B testing.
- Experience using GitHub.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain data insights to diverse audiences.
- Located within the continental United States.
Nice-to-Haves
- Strong enthusiasm for new AI tools (e.g., Claude, Gemini) and interest in adopting them to improve efficiency.
- Collaborative, humble, and empathetic team approach; ability to prioritize holistically for the business.
