About the role
Role Overview
Join Veeam as a Lead Customer Success Engineer for the Securiti Data Command Center platform. You will drive long-term customer outcomes by leading onboarding, adoption, optimization, and by identifying churn and expansion opportunities using deep technical expertise in data security, privacy, DSPM, and AI governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead onboarding, adoption, and optimization of Veeam’s Securiti AI solutions.
- Proactively identify churn risk and upsell opportunities to support measurable customer value.
- Conduct assessments and recommend solutions/architectures across:
- DSPM
- Privacy
- Data Security
- AI Governance
- Perform technical health checks to ensure successful customer outcomes.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (CISO, CIO, Chief Privacy Officer, and Data Leadership) by providing clear updates on risk, status, and opportunities.
- Support executive discussions and help align on roadmap and adoption direction.
Requirements
- 12+ years in customer-facing technical roles focused on data security, privacy, governance, cloud security, or enterprise software (e.g., Technical Consulting, Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, TAM, CSE).
- Ability to translate business outcomes into technical adoption roadmaps and measurable value.
- Strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Executive engagement experience with leaders such as CISO/CIO/Chief Privacy Officer/Chief Data Officer.
- Strong background in technical assessments, adoption programs, and delivering measurable customer outcomes.
Nice to Have
- Hands-on familiarity with DSPM, Privacy, and/or AI Governance platforms.
- Preferred certifications such as:
- AWS Solutions Architect or Microsoft Azure (Administrator / Solutions Architect Expert)
- CISSP, CIPP, CIPM, or similar industry certifications.
- Hands-on expertise across cloud platforms, data platforms, SaaS, security technologies, and enterprise architectures.
