Lead, Business Intelligence Analyst - People Analytics

Role Overview

Lead, Business Intelligence Analyst (People Analytics) for the CHQ People Analytics team. You will design and structure analytics platforms, build dashboards and reports, and ensure reliable, governed data to support organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI, Visier, and other BI tools as needed.
• Partner with internal customers, People Analytics team members, and leadership to identify opportunities for new analytics solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, build, and deliver interactive, visually appealing dashboards and reports.
• Participate in Agile cycles (sprint planning, backlog management, iterative delivery) and help prioritize project activities.
• Recommend improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of analytics solutions.
• Provide production and user support as needed.
• Create documentation and training materials and support training sessions for BI tools and processes.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis.

Requirements

• Education/experience (one of):
  • Bachelor’s + 9 years prior data engineering experience, or
  • Graduate degree + 7 years prior data engineering experience, or
  • 13+ years related experience in lieu of a degree.
• 4+ years experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Visier.
• 2+ years experience working with SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• BI data modeling and SQL development experience.
• Snowflake experience.
• Experience managing back-end analytics infrastructure (e.g., building/maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes).
• Ability to solve complex data problems and work with large datasets.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional stakeholders in an Agile environment.
