Lead Analyst (People Analytics)

Role Overview

Join ServiceTitan as a Lead Analyst (People Analytics). You’ll be the operational backbone of the People Insights & Analytics (PIA) team—owning the Visier platform administration, enabling self-service reporting, supporting data pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy.

Key Missions / Responsibilities

• Manage and administer the Visier platform: indicators/metrics administration, configuration, and organization of content.
• Build and maintain self-service dashboards and reports in Visier, following established guidelines.
• Partner cross-functionally to support data integration, pipeline development, and ongoing platform improvements.
• Ensure data accuracy and quality, including applying data governance practices and strong security controls.
• Drive analytics and insight generation, translating business needs into actionable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years in quantitative/analytics roles building data visualizations, BI solutions, and actionable insights; ideally in People/HR analytics.
• Advanced data visualization and storytelling with data.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python/R, plus experience with ETL pipelines.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with all levels of the organization.
• Experience implementing self-service dashboards and driving user adoption.
• 3+ years developing in BI/Analytics/statistical modeling tools such as Visier, OneModel, Workday Prism, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of data governance best practices; experience implementing security and governance systems.
• Strong discretion and comfort working with highly sensitive/confidential data.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, I/O Psychology); Master’s degree preferred.

Nice to Have

• Visier experience (highly preferred).
• Working knowledge of Workday HCM.
