Lead Analyst (GTM Productivity Analytics)

Role Overview

Lead Analyst for GTM Productivity Analytics within the company’s Go-To-Market organization. You will partner with GTM Leadership and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to deliver insights, modeling, and systems that improve capacity planning, productivity, and quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain predictive capacity models using productivity trends, historical data, and strategic hiring plans.
• Own and enhance core models and dashboards tracking GTM attainment, productivity, and performance vs. quotas.
• Conduct deep analysis to support annual planning and quarterly forecasting, guiding sales behavior and performance.
• Partner with IT and BI teams to strengthen data and analytics infrastructure and systems.
• Represent the analytics team in cross-functional strategic initiatives and drive alignment on standardized metrics.

Requirements

• 6+ years progressive experience in analytics, data operations, consulting, or a similar analytics-focused role, with strong emphasis on sales and/or financial modeling.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable predictive models, data pipelines, and analytical tools in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate complex findings to executive stakeholders.
• Understanding of how high-growth GTM teams operate and how to collaborate effectively with FP&A.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with modern data tooling such as BigQuery, dbt, and Looker (ability to learn new technologies quickly is prioritized).
