Role Overview

Lawyer (US) Provide legal analysis, research, and drafting support across a range of US law topics, collaborating remotely with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal analysis and provide nuanced guidance on US law topics
• Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information
• Draft, review, and edit legal materials, including:
  • memoranda
  • opinions
  • contracts
  • other relevant documents
• Evaluate and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices
• Collaborate remotely with cross-functional stakeholders to refine deliverables and handle complex legal scenarios
• Perform content quality assurance by identifying errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and uphold high submission standards

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States
• Strong academic credentials
• Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas
• Demonstrated abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across legal subjects
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience reviewing and improving legal content
• Track record of successful remote collaboration on multidisciplinary projects

• Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents
