About the role

Role Overview

Coforge is seeking a Kubernetes Engineer to manage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production, preferably AWS EKS, with strong cloud and infrastructure automation skills.

Responsibilities

Manage and operate Kubernetes clusters in production (EKS preferred)
Work with AWS core services to support cluster and platform operations
Automate and extend workflows using Python scripting
Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform
Support CI/CD and container build/deploy workflows
(Plus) Contribute to application architecture and observability practices

Requirements

7+ years of experience
Strong hands-on Kubernetes cluster management experience (production; EKS preferred)
Familiarity with AWS
Experience with Python scripting
Experience with Terraform
Knowledge of CI/CD and container build/deploy workflows

Nice to Haves

Exposure to application architecture using Java and/or Python
Experience with observability tools such as Datadog or Dynatrace
