About the role

Role Overview

Join AAPC’s RevOps team as a Junior Salesforce Developer/Admin. This is a hands-on role focused on building and scaling Salesforce capabilities across the customer lifecycle, with direct impact on go-to-market operations.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
  • Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications using MuleSoft or similar integration platforms.
  • Create complex automations using Salesforce Flow.
  • Develop custom Lightning Web Components (LWC) to enhance user experience and functionality.
  • Use OmniStudio (Education Cloud) to build guided processes and data models.
  • Perform administration tasks: user management, security settings, data management, and report/dashboard creation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Maintain org health and scalability by following best practices and keeping the org clean.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for end users.

Requirements (Must-Haves)

  • 3+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator with both declarative and programmatic capabilities.
  • Strong expertise in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
  • Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Strong experience building complex automations with Salesforce Flows.
  • Solid understanding of integration patterns and API integrations (REST, SOAP).
  • Understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model.
  • Experience with deployment processes and tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Git).
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certifications.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Education Cloud.
  • Experience with CPQ & Billing and/or Revenue Cloud.
  • Experience with Outreach.io and/or Gong.io.
  • Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement, Marketing Cloud).
  • OmniStudio Developer certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced multi-org environment.
  • Strong written/verbal communication and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
