About the role

Role Overview

Join AAPC’s RevOps team as a Junior Salesforce Developer (remote US only). You’ll be hands-on across both Salesforce development and administration, building and scaling solutions that support the customer lifecycle and the company’s growth.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
Build and maintain integrations with third-party applications (e.g., MuleSoft or similar platforms)
Create complex automations using Salesforce Flow and Apex
Develop and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Work with OmniStudio (Education Cloud context) including guided processes and data models
Perform admin tasks: user management, security settings, data management, and report/dashboard creation
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver high-quality solutions
Ensure Salesforce platform health, scalability, and clean-org hygiene using best practices
Troubleshoot and resolve issues for end-users in a timely manner

Requirements (Must-Haves)

3+ years experience as a Salesforce Developer and Administrator
Strong understanding of declarative + programmatic Salesforce
Proficiency in Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Extensive experience with Salesforce Flows for complex automations
Solid understanding of integration patterns and API integrations (REST, SOAP)
Knowledge of Salesforce data model and security model
Experience with deployment processes/tools (e.g., Salesforce DX, Change Sets, Git)
Salesforce Platform Developer I and/or Platform Developer II certification

Nice-to-Haves

Education Cloud experience
Experience with CPQ & Billing or Revenue Cloud
Advanced experience with Outreach.io and/or Gong.io
Experience with MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms
Familiarity with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce Account Engagement, or Marketing Cloud
OmniStudio Developer certification
Experience in fast-paced multi-org environments
Strong communication skills with non-technical stakeholders
