Junior Project Manager

Role Overview

Join COSMOTE GLOBAL SOLUTIONS NV as a Project Manager responsible for ensuring successful project delivery through effective planning, coordination, and management of resources, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assess project maturity against the selected project management methodology and support better compliance.
• Maintain PPMO tooling for project planning, status, and risk reporting, including follow-up and organization of PM activities at project and portfolio level.
  • Tooling includes Power BI, Power Automate, Jira, and SharePoint components.
• Guide teams on implementing the chosen management methodology and review PM deliverables.
• Support Project Managers to comply with IT Governance rules.
• Participate in reviews of estimated costs, timescales, and resource needs.
• Prepare and maintain project plans; track activities vs. plan and provide regular, accurate reporting.
• Ensure monitoring of costs, timescales, and resources is properly handled; propose/drive actions when deviations occur.
• Define and manage the change control procedure and secure agreement for project revisions with sponsors.

Requirements

• PMO role (minimum 3 years) experience.
• Minimum 3 years managing or supporting IT projects.
• Minimum 3 years working in an Agile software development environment.
• Advanced project management certification (e.g., PM², PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PMBOK or equivalent).
• Strong theoretical knowledge of Scrum (roles, ceremonies, artefacts).
• Experience coaching or training others.
• Minimum 3 years using Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Automate, Power Query).
• Minimum 3 years building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Minimum 3 years using Jira.
• Minimum 3 years administering Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to obtain an EU-27 Security Clearance (access to sensitive/secure information required).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PM², PRINCE2, PMBOK, Scrum); certification is an advantage.
• Excellent skills in writing clear structured documents and interpersonal communication.
• Ability to deliver presentations and facilitate meetings.
• Ability to work effectively in international/multicultural environments.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 (including Excel).

Nice-to-haves

• Certification in relevant project management methodologies (advantage).
