Junior Product Manager (AI-Focused)
Location: Remote (work window 9am–5pm EST, some flexibility)
Contract
- Duration: 6-month contract
- Possible extension: Yes (conversion possible)
- Compensation: $90,000–$110,000/year
Role Overview
Own and manage a structured AI product feedback workflow end-to-end—driving intake, triage, clinical review, prioritization, escalation, quality review, and closure of user-submitted feedback. Over time, grow into broader AI product ownership across stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead a feedback workflow including:
- intake, triage, routing, clinical review, prioritization, escalation
- quality review, root cause analysis, backlog linkage, and closure
- Perform first-pass triage of incoming items and route to the right stakeholders
- Partner closely with engineering, data science, UX, QA, clinical/quality teams to ensure proper evaluation—especially for sensitive/high-impact cases
- Facilitate recurring quality review meetings, capture decisions, and ensure follow-through
- Translate feedback into clear Jira tickets (user stories/spikes) with:
- acceptance criteria
- backlog linkage
- Track dependencies and maintain backlog alignment
- Ensure documentation is maintained with strong ticket hygiene and stakeholder follow-ups
Requirements (Must Haves)
- 3+ years in Product Management or a similar product-facing role
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI / ML, especially text-based LLMs
- Strong understanding of SDLC
- Ability to translate user feedback, clinical input, and technical findings into product requirements and Jira tickets
- Experience managing structured workflows (intake → triage → resolution)
- Strong communication, documentation, and attention to detail

- Experience with clinical workflows / healthcare environments
- Experience in healthcare technology, clinical decision support, or AI-enabled health products
- Experience with GenAI/LLM quality workflows, including RAG, prompt/retrieval behavior, model evaluation, or post-launch monitoring
