About the role
Role Overview
The Junior Product Manager (Digital Operations) will support digital product workflows, improving operational efficiency and enabling smooth user experiences across web-based product platforms. This is a temporary/contract remote role based in the NYC area.
Responsibilities
- Manage the bi-weekly channel change process across .com properties and digital channels
- Organize and maintain large volumes of digital data and assets (e.g., 500+ channels, artists, logos, package variations) using spreadsheets and a new CMS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues
- Support preparation for new product feature rollouts by ensuring operational readiness
- Identify workflow improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives (interest in AI/automation is a plus)
- Create and maintain documentation for digital product processes and train team members
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital product operations or a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field
- Proficiency with digital tools/platforms including CMS, CRM, and analytics
- Strong spreadsheet skills and experience managing high-volume data
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Interest in music is a plus (helps identify data inconsistencies)
- Curiosity about automation/AI for future growth

- Background in data or asset management
- Strong attention to detail and comfort managing large datasets
