Junior Payer Contract Analyst

Role overview

Join Aledade as a Junior Payer Contract Analyst (remote-first) supporting the collection, validation, and maintenance of payer data used for sales campaigns. You’ll build reporting, interpret payer contract performance trends, and act as a technical point of contact for field teams.

Key missions

• Support the collection, validation, and maintenance of payer data for sales campaigns.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards to track payer contract performance and “smart MA growth” metrics.
• Serve as the technical point of contact for field data requests and be the single point of contact for cross-sell campaign data.
• Ensure data hygiene, accuracy, and completeness for outreach efforts.
• Manage sales opportunities in Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Interpret data to identify trends and insights for cross-functional partners.
• Work with sales, field, operations, and contracting teams to support complex initiatives.
• Explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in data analysis or healthcare operations.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data into meaningful insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work cross-functionally across sales, field, operations, and contracting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Advanced Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas) and experience with SQL and lookups (e.g., VLOOKUP).
• Experience using CRM platforms.
• Strong organizational skills; high accuracy when working with large datasets.

Nice to have

• Salesforce proficiency.
• Monday.com experience (highly preferred).
• Familiarity with Medicare Advantage, Commercial, and Medicaid payer structures.
