Junior Java/DevOps Developer (Remote) for recent CS/IT graduates (or about-to-graduate candidates). Responsibilities

Build and demonstrate hands-on projects aligned to real production workflows (e.g., APIs, database integration, service deployment).
Develop end-to-end capability, including:
- Creating or implementing APIs
- Connecting to databases
- Deploying services
- Analyzing data and communicating results (where applicable)
Prepare for interviews by practicing core technical topics (e.g., DSA/system fundamentals, SQL, system thinking) and behavioral questions.
Align projects and resumes with current market keywords to improve ATS and recruiter matching.

Requirements

CS/IT graduates (or graduating soon).
Strong fundamentals in:
- Coding and debugging
- Data structures
- System thinking
Ability to apply knowledge to real-world scenarios and demonstrate work via projects.
