About the role

Role overview

Join as a Junior Full-Stack Developer to ship features for live products across MCTechnology’s portfolio (Globixs site, MCT Realty, MCTResto dashboard, Sandhya IT, ClawAcademy, and more). You’ll work closely with senior engineers, get code-reviewed, and grow quickly—this is not a rotation or ticket-shuffling role.

What you’ll do

Ship features across multiple Next.js + TypeScript + Tailwind codebases
Build CRUD UIs, forms, dashboards, and API routes backed by Supabase
Write clean, tested React components using shadcn/ui and Tailwind
Turn Figma (or Claude-generated mockups) into production-ready UI
Fix bugs and improve UX; close issues faster with real ownership
Learn and work with the stack: Next.js, Supabase, Railway, Netlify, Vercel, GitHub Actions
Pair with seniors (frontend/backend and integrations) through collaborative development

Minimum qualifications

0–2 years of web development experience (recent grads/bootcamp grads encouraged)
Working knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript
Hands-on React experience (hooks, state, component patterns)
Built at least one Next.js project (App Router preferred)
Tailwind CSS fluency
Basic SQL and comfort with Postgres/Supabase
Git/GitHub skills (branches, PRs, code review)
Strong work ethic and ability to ship code

Nice to have

shadcn/ui or Radix component libraries
Prisma or another ORM
Deployed something to Vercel, Netlify, or Railway
Python basics or interest in learning
Using Claude/ChatGPT in your coding workflow (used heavily by the team)

Preferred qualifications

Client-facing delivery and cross-functional collaboration
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Experience owning end-to-end delivery outcomes
