About the role

Role Overview

Join Twintual as a Junior Engineer in a small, technical team. You will ship production code from week one, collaborate with senior engineers who review your work, and tackle real customer problems.

Responsibilities

Build and fix features across FlutterFlow (mobile) and Next.js (web)
Write Supabase edge functions and SQL queries
Help integrate new communication channels (with guidance from senior engineers)
Write and maintain tests, including fixing flaky tests
Investigate bug reports from real users
Participate in code reviews (give and receive feedback)
Document learnings so future hires ramp up faster

Day 90 Goals

Shipped features to production
Caused and fixed at least one production issue
Begun forming informed opinions about how the team builds software

Requirements

0 to 2 years of professional experience (internships, side projects, and open source count)
Ability to read and write JavaScript/TypeScript comfortably
Experience building something deployed for real users (school/university or personal projects count)
Understand basics of databases, REST APIs, and Git
Fast learner who figures things out and asks smart questions
Can work effectively in an English, remote, async environment

Nice to Have

Exposure to FlutterFlow, Supabase, Vercel, and Google Cloud
Any experience using LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic)
A GitHub profile with real code
