Junior Director

Role Overview

The Junior Director role at Newhouse will oversee and grow client influencer marketing initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to launch campaigns, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure high-quality execution from identification through reporting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams (Experiential, PR, Social, Creative) to launch influencer programs
• Develop actionable go-to-market strategies
• Identify and select influencers for campaigns (including rationales and content briefs)
• Maintain program quality control, creative direction, and alignment to strategic pillars
• Coordinate legal and contract negotiations with influencers
• Support client presentations for new campaigns
• Assist with and/or manage in-person events
• Compile coverage and reporting for weekly status calls
• Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in influencer marketing

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry experience executing influencer campaigns
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Driven, results-oriented mindset
• Ability to work both independently (self-motivated) and collaboratively as part of a team
