Role Overview

The Junior Director role at Newhouse will oversee and grow client influencer marketing initiatives. You will collaborate cross-functionally to launch campaigns, develop go-to-market strategies, and ensure high-quality execution from identification through reporting.

Responsibilities

Collaborate across teams (Experiential, PR, Social, Creative) to launch influencer programs
Develop actionable go-to-market strategies
Identify and select influencers for campaigns (including rationales and content briefs)
Maintain program quality control, creative direction, and alignment to strategic pillars
Coordinate legal and contract negotiations with influencers
Support client presentations for new campaigns
Assist with and/or manage in-person events
Compile coverage and reporting for weekly status calls
Stay current on emerging trends and technologies in influencer marketing

Requirements

10+ years of industry experience executing influencer campaigns
Excellent writing and presentation skills
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Driven, results-oriented mindset
Ability to work both independently (self-motivated) and collaboratively as part of a team

Nice to Haves

Experience serving entertainment-focused clients and managing diverse marketing tactics
