Role Overview

Junior DevOps Engineer (North America) (Web Engineering) Own deployment and infrastructure automation outcomes for North America markets by translating demand signals into measurable pipeline and revenue impact.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for DevOps Engineer initiatives (planning → execution → optimization).
• Translate business goals into KPI trees, sprint priorities, and weekly measurable actions.
• Run structured experiments and document performance learnings to inform scaling decisions.
• Collaborate with adjacent teams to align creative, technical, and operational dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline and provide leadership-ready status updates with clear reporting.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in deployment and infrastructure automation.
• Hands-on capability with CI/CD, cloud hosting, and observability.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management in cross-functional environments.
• Data-informed decision making with comfort analyzing KPIs and performance.
• Demonstrated ownership mindset and ability to execute against deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering across multi-country or multi-region environments.
• Track record improving conversion quality, efficiency, or operational reliability.
• Confidence in SOP documentation and process governance.
