Role: Junior Backend Developer

SynergisticIT is seeking motivated individuals for entry-level and experienced technology roles, with a focus on building and supporting backend software for client projects.

Responsibilities

• Participate in technical training sessions to build skills and industry knowledge
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions
• Develop, test, and implement software applications/systems according to client specifications
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve performance and functionality
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues
• Document technical processes and project progress clearly
• Engage in continuous learning to stay current with emerging technologies and trends
• Support remote and on-site team members to help ensure project milestones are met

Requirements

• Recent graduates with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields
• Strong foundation in programming (Java, Python, C++, or similar)
• Knowledge of database systems, data structures, and algorithms
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and teamwork abilities
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements
