JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote) working on client-side and server-side JavaScript applications. You’ll build scalable, high-performance features and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver responsive user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain JavaScript applications using modern frameworks and libraries
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code (ES6+)
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI with server-side logic
• Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices
• Troubleshoot issues and help deliver scalable solutions

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+ and asynchronous programming)
• Frontend framework experience: React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Backend knowledge: Node.js and Express
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Experience with Git version control

Nice to Have

• Experience working across both frontend and backend JavaScript components (full-stack style)

Contract Details

• Remote: Work from anywhere
• Pay: $30–$90/hour
