About the role

Role Overview

Contract JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote) working from anywhere in the United States. You’ll develop and maintain JavaScript applications with an emphasis on responsive, high-performance user experiences.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain JavaScript applications using modern frameworks and libraries
Write clean, efficient, maintainable code in JavaScript
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI with server-side logic
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices
Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required Skills

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+ and asynchronous programming)
Frontend framework experience (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
Backend knowledge (Node.js and Express)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
Experience with Git (version control)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience contributing to large-scale/scalable applications

Contract Details

Contract payout: $30–$90/hour
