About the role
Role Overview
Contract role for a JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote). You’ll build and maintain client-side (and some server-side) JavaScript applications, ensuring strong performance, responsiveness, and scalable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain JavaScript applications using modern frameworks and libraries
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript code (ES6+)
- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing components with server-side logic
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices
- Troubleshoot issues in delivered solutions
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming
- Experience with frontend frameworks: React, Angular, or Vue.js
- Knowledge of backend technologies: Node.js and Express
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
- Experience with Git
