JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote)

Role Overview

Contract JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote) to build and maintain client-side and (as needed) server-side JavaScript applications. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions with strong performance and responsiveness.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain JavaScript applications using modern frameworks and libraries
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable JavaScript
• Collaborate with backend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and asynchronous programming
• Front-end framework experience: React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Back-end knowledge: Node.js and Express
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Experience with Git

Nice to Have

• Experience delivering scalable applications in a production environment
