Role Overview

JavaScript Frontend Developer (Remote)

Contract role to develop and maintain client-side and server-side JavaScript applications. You’ll help deliver scalable, high-performance web experiences by collaborating with cross-functional teams and debugging issues as they arise.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain JavaScript applications using modern frameworks and libraries
Write clean, efficient, maintainable code (JavaScript and related technologies)
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate UI elements with server-side logic
Optimize applications for speed, performance, and scalability
Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices

Required Qualifications

Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), including asynchronous programming
Experience with a front-end framework such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
Knowledge of back-end technologies such as Node.js and Express
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
Experience with Git version control
