About the role

Role Overview

Alignerr is hiring a JavaScript Developer (Hourly Contract) to support training and evaluation of AI-generated JavaScript code. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Review and evaluate AI-generated JavaScript code for efficiency and ES6+ standards
Develop high-quality JavaScript solutions across varying levels of complexity
Write human-readable explanations of code logic and problem-solving strategies
Identify and flag edge cases in AI-generated web and backend code

Requirements

Deep familiarity with core JavaScript concepts, including:
- async/await
- closures
- DOM manipulation
3–5 years of experience with modern frameworks such as React, Node.js, or Vue
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field (preferred)

Nice-to-Haves

Experience with data labeling, RLHF, or other AI training projects

Contract Details

Remote
10–40 hours/week
$60–$90/hour hourly contract
