Role Overview

Netrolynx AI (Outlier AI) is seeking a JavaScript Developer to join as an AI Data Annotator (Programming Expert) in a remote role. You will help train AI models by creating, reviewing, and refining programming-related content, improving how the models interpret and solve complex programming problems.

Responsibilities

Develop and answer programming-related questions (computer science topics) to support AI model training
Review AI-generated code for accuracy, efficiency, and relevance
Analyze complex programming problems and provide clear, concise explanations
Provide constructive, detailed feedback to improve AI responses and model performance
Collaborate with a global contributor team to maintain data quality and consistency
Participate in ongoing training and skill-development activities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science (required)
Proficiency in programming languages including JavaScript (and also Python, Java, or C++)
Ability to fluently explain complex programming concepts in Spanish and English
Strong writing skills, including grammar, punctuation, and technical documentation standards in both languages

Preferred

1+ year of professional experience as a Software Engineer, Back End Developer, or Full Stack Developer
